YES, GUYS! This is exciting to be able to include this in my blog as well. And I’m so excited to be back on the blog. I’ve missed doing this and I’m committed to posting more consistently from now on.
So I want to talk a little bit about how I ended up becoming a wellness coach.

So 2019 was not the best year for me mental health-wise. I can definitely say that it was one of the darkest moments that I’ve experienced ever.
I ate fast food practically every day, exercise was not in my vocabulary, I made excuses not to go out and have a social life, I think and feel extremely negative about myself and I was at my heaviest weight ever. Yeah, I was not holding up well.
I was able to get the help I needed and guys, DON’T BE AFRAID OF ASKING FOR HELP! It was truly the turning point for me. Once I got back on my feet, I was determined to make the necessary changes to take care of myself in all aspects of my life (physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually).
This is where I got involved in Team Beauty and Herbalife it totally changed my life. I made changes in my nutrition and fitness habits and I’ve never felt better in working towards the healthy lifestyle I want.
And I was presented with a business opportunity and bada bing bada boom, I’m a wellness coach now.
I felt so amazing being surrounded by such positive people and the products that I was taking that I didn’t want to spread the word in my local area. I want to spread it worldwide and I thought what better way to reach you guys than MY BLOG!
It is hard for someone to keep up with nutrition and fitness but it takes self-discipline, dedication, and persistence. That is okay.
We all want results right then and there but seeing change physically takes time. the more important take away is that you FEEL amazing on the inside, regardless of how you currently look like. You’re on your way to achieving your goals, so enjoy the journey instead of being like, “I won’t be 100% happy until I reach my goal”. You’re not going to enjoy your journey and that’s how people give up so quickly.
It takes 21 days to build a habit.
